Miniature Dachshunds weigh up to 11 pounds. Are very Loyal to their owners ! dachshunds love the outdoors but are not to fond of winter. They happily live in apartments as well as houses, but require lots of play, interaction and regular walks to stay in physical and mental shape.
This type of dog does not need much grooming at all, but for the occasional bath. Nails will need to be probably clipped.
